Depending on the service used, PangChu Studio may collect limited information necessary to operate, maintain, and improve its website and games.

Basic gameplay-related data, such as progress, scores, rankings, settings, or in-game activity.
Technical information, such as device type, operating system, crash logs, or diagnostic data.
Account-related identifiers if sign-in or cloud save features are provided.
Purchase or entitlement-related records when in-app purchases are used.

PangChu Studio does not intentionally collect more personal information than reasonably necessary for the operation of the service.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information may be used for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the website, game services, cloud save, login, and leaderboards.
To maintain game functionality, fix bugs, and improve stability and performance.
To detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or technical issues.
To manage purchases, entitlements, and service-related support.

3. Third-Party Services

The game uses the following third-party services: Google AdMob (advertisements), Unity Authentication and Unity Cloud Save (account login and cloud save), and Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics). These services may collect limited technical data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Firebase Analytics is not currently in use. No behavioral analytics data is collected through Firebase at this time.

4. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain records related to game functionality and account history.

5. Children's Privacy

PangChu Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes that inappropriate personal information has been provided, they may contact PangChu Studio to request review or deletion where applicable.

Reasonable measures may be used to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely immune from risk, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law and platform requirements, users may have certain rights regarding their data, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.

Requests may be reviewed and handled subject to legal obligations, technical feasibility, and verification needs.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Players may request deletion of their account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app: open Settings, go to the account area, and choose Delete Account.
By email: write to support@pangchustudio.co.kr from the address linked to the account, including the app name and your in-game nickname or player ID.
Email requests are handled within 30 days, and a confirmation is sent once the deletion is complete.

Deleting an account removes the cloud save, game progress, ranking records, nickname and linked account identifier. Records that must be kept for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes, such as purchase and refund history, are retained for the period required by applicable law and are not used to identify the player inside the game.

9. Changes to This Policy

PangChu Studio may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and the effective date may be revised accordingly.
